Showing a little gratitude

Thank you

To each and every one of you that has read any of my blogs. In just over 4 months I have gained over 800 subscribers and had over 10,000 visitors. I’m overwhelmed.

Messages

I receive messages of thanks and support on a daily basis. The whole point of the blog (apart from the randomness of my life and antics), is to get people talking about their mental health. It certainly seems to be working.

Subscribers

If you haven’t already, then please subscribe and follow. Feel free to leave any feedback. It makes me so very happy to know I am making a small difference.

Journey

I don’t believe that there is any permanent “cure” for mental health, just a lifetime journey of coping and knowing what works for you as an individual. As long as you are not hurting anyone, live your life to the full. Tomorrow isn’t promised.

About catmann1973

Hi, I’m Martin. 47 years old, living in Suffolk. I have three amazing grown up children. I have the best family and friends in the world. I am a football fan, love going to the gym and I am a motorcycle pilot. I’ve had mental health problems all of my life. This site is about my past, present and future. I’m hoping to make it easier for people to be able to speak freely about mental health. It can affect anyone at anytime.
