I got back onto my exercise plan last week, but then let it slide somewhat over the weekend. The same with my diet too. I really noticed the difference today, my energy levels were zero.
My concentration is back!! I was actually able to watch and take in two films over the weekend. Normally I only listen to music or watch YouTube videos of motorcycle racing. Things I don’t have to absorb intensely.
I didn’t sleep very well last night which has contributed to my low energy today. My bed time was around 2am. I just couldn’t drift off, I was very distracted for some reason.
Until 6pm, I did absolutely nothing apart from napping on the sofa and watching the rerun of yesterday’s moto gp. For those that saw it, how close was Rossi to certain death!! At 6pm I was ready to completly right the day off and go to bed. However I pushed myself and went out for a bike ride. I managed around 12km, although my phone only recorded 10!! According to the map I am not home yet? Thanks Samsung.
