Inside the box are 25 cards all with exercises that exemplifies mindfulness. Each individual exercise takes around 10 minutes to complete. Full instructions are included.q
Also inside are some cards to colour. A great way to distract your mind.
The last part of the contents is a Mindfulness journal. It’s a blank book to write your experiences of using the cards down in.
