What I love

First up, I love my three children, unconditionally. No matter what I say to them, they will never understand how proud I am of them.

I love my family. We don’t always see each other that much, but when we do it was like I saw them yesterday.

I love my friends, who are also my family. You’ve been with me through everything. You know who you are. Thank you.

I love music. Its the biggest thing in my life. I always have a song in my head. I used to be an out and out metal head, but now I enjoy anything and everything.

I love my motorbike and anything motorbike related. Its the freedom, the escape, the belonging.

I love travelling to new places and revisiting old favourites. In this country some of my favourite places are Cornwall, Brighton and the Norfolk boards.

Now the last thing I love may seem surprise you considering my mental health, but I love life. I love to make people smile and laugh. I love to give my time to others, be selfless. When I focus on others, I am at my best.

I’m beating my issues and hopefully making it a little easier for others to speak out.

About catmann1973

Hi, I’m Martin. 47 years old, living in Suffolk. I have three amazing grown up children. I have the best family and friends in the world. I am a football fan, love going to the gym and I am a motorcycle pilot. I’ve had mental health problems all of my life. This site is about my past, present and future. I’m hoping to make it easier for people to be able to speak freely about mental health. It can affect anyone at anytime.
