Song of the day

Today’s song is an old favorite of mine. The first time I heard it, I had goosebumps. To me it’s beautifully sad. The song is “Tearjerker” by the red hot chilli peppers. It’s taken from their 1995 album “one hot minute”.

I’ll leave the above article to explain about his life, career and death. Kurt unfortunately was another one of us that suffered from depression and although on the surface he appeared to have it all he didn’t have the one thing he truly wanted, inner peace.

The song was written about the life and death of Kurt Cobain and the effect his death had on lead singer Anthony Kiedis, the front man of the red hot chilli peppers. Enjoy.
